  • Educate + Support

Knowledge is power. We work to uncover healthcare gaps and equip communities with the information they need to make informed, confident decisions.

A Stronger, Calmer You

Life can feel overwhelming — emotions run high, stress piles up, and shame can take over the story we tell ourselves. This guide is built on practices that help people manage intense feelings and build a life worth living. They come from an approach therapists use called Dialectical Behavioral Therapy or DBT. Originally developed for people dealing with suicidal thoughts or intense emotional swings, it’s now used around the world to support everything from anxiety and depression, to trauma recovery and stress management. These are practical tools anyone can try to help you reset, stop shame from running the show, and build a stronger foundation for the life you want to live.

Mental Health and The Move to College

This guide is designed to walk alongside you and your student with real-world tools, honest reminders, and conversation starters to make the journey a little smoother. It’s about giving them a strong foundation to thrive in this new chapter, while reminding them that they don’t have to figure it all out alone.

More Than a Phase: Spotting Mental Health Needs in Kids

Sometimes it’s hard to know what’s part of growing up and what might be more. Kids don’t always say, “I need help.” Mental health struggles can show up as “attitude,” “laziness,” or “just a rough patch.” Sometimes, those behaviors are early signs that deserve support, not shame. This guide helps parents, grandparents, mentors, and others notice changes in the kids you love, move past cultural blind spots, and feel confident speaking up for the child’s well-being.
